Why Trauma Informed Coaching?
Why You May Need Trauma-Informed Coaching
As women of faith, many of us carry emotional pain, stress, disappointment, and life challenges while continuing to pour into our families, ministries, relationships, careers, and communities. I understand that past experiences such as childhood wounds, unhealthy relationships, betrayal, grief, rejection, spiritual hurt, or ongoing stress can deeply affect emotional well-being, confidence, trust, and peace.
Many women feel pressure to remain strong for everyone else while silently struggling within. You may pray, serve, encourage others, and continue showing up while feeling emotionally exhausted, overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in unhealthy patterns. My goal as a trauma-informed coach is to provide a safe, compassionate, and supportive space where you can heal, grow, and reconnect with yourself and with God without shame, judgment, or pressure.
I believe healing should honor both your emotional journey and your faith. Through trauma-informed coaching, I help women strengthen emotional awareness, rebuild confidence, establish healthy boundaries, develop self-care practices, and move forward with clarity, balance, and purpose.
